All models, actors and other persons appearing in any visual depiction reachable from Desiadda were 18 years of age or older at the time the material was created.

Desiadda operates as a search index and link directory. It is not a producer — primary or secondary — of any of the content it links to, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Accordingly, the record-keeping obligations of § 2257 do not apply to this site.
